OUR PROCESS

After meeting with you and your team, we will write a comprehensive building program based on how you want your new facility to look, feel, and function. Once you approve the building program, we will use it to guide our design professionals in their production of a schematic, single line design drawing. Our in-house project managers will consult with our Construction Managers and use the building program and schematic to create a budget tailored to your project scope. Based on this detailed budget, we can make adjustments now that will eliminate lost time and costly changes down the road to meet budget constraints. By involving the Construction Managers at this phase, we insure that the final design and your project cost agree.

TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY

To further assist in cost controls and a timely delivery, we employ the latest design build technologies available including computer-assisted design, accurate real-time project accounting, and computerized project scheduling. We will also provide you with as-built drawings, building and equipment warranties and guarantees, and training for you and your staff on how to utilize and maintain your new building systems.
